  • Brand new mobility scooter in was defective and bad customer service expecting us to repair issue!
I got the mobility scooter and the key would not turn on the ignition. So I called them and they said they would send out another key because it might have just been a bad key and then it ships in 2 days. Plus I said Tech support was supposed to call us on Monday which they never did! So he called him back on Monday cuz the key wasn't in nor did Tech call us turns out they never sent the key off. So they sent it off and we got it Wednesday. We got the key in and of course tech support still has not contacted us yet. The key would go on the ignition like the first time but would not turn. So I called them back and they said Tech would call us back which they did the next day finally. Told him what the problem was and it two keys have had been sent. Now we paid over $900. For the one Billy scooter and a couple accessories for it. The tech support guy wanted to send the part that would fix the issue. But here's where I had the major issue with it they wanted me to fix it! I said I'm not this type of guy that can repair this type of stuff well I'll send you a video once you're watching see what you think so I said okay fine. He sent the video and I was completely lost on what to do I told him no it's not going to work and I explained that this is a brand new item that we paid for and we should not have to fix a defective item it should work the first time and I said mom hasn't been able to use this yet. So I said send us a shipping label shipping and will send this back and wanted a brand new one that works. So the tech support guy said he would contact the other people and see if they can do that we haven't heard anything we've been calling and we've been calling and still haven't heard anything back. Well after that call we decided that we would no longer trust this company because what about issues in the future that we can't repair. Plus the fact that it's a brand new mobility scooter that we paid over $900 for and they want us to fix the issue. Paying for a brand new item like that you shouldn't ask the customer to fix the issue for it since you they have mail to use it that's just poor customer service. So we decided not to use this company anymore and are just wanting to return it and get her money back and go with a company we can trust in this reliable and won't send it defective product then expecting you to fix the problem that never should have happened in the first place because we never even used it! Very bad customer service especially on that part expecting a customer to fix something just brand new! We also found out that even though their product did not work and we never got to use it because our product was did not work and was defective they want us to pay $75 shipping and handling fee to send it back to them! The number one issue we've had with this company from day one and all we've asked from this company is a simple little thing that we not be charged $75 for something to return to them because it does not work. We can't pick this we can't box this thing up and stick it in the back of the car because when it's me when it gets into the box it's too big to fit in the car that's why we ask for scheduled pickup but this company still wants to charge a $75. They've charges all this money for scooter that does not work and all they had to do was take it back that's all we ask with no charge but no this company refuse to they decide to screw us over more by charging us an extra $75 Then trying to get this thing to fold up there's two red knobs one of them works just fine the Owen does not we had to use a pair of pliers to get this dang thing to move so we can finally get it to fold up. So the key and the motor does not work nor does he folding mechanism but yet they want to try to $75 to send the thing back. I would never buy anything that's coming again I would not trust anything from this company I would advise you not to buy this Rubicon scooters and do not buy anything from this company because they will screw you over in charging you money to send the product back that does not work! ... show more

I was very impressed 👏 with the mph of the scooter and very easy to setup as well. It needs a longer battery 🔋 life for using the scooter but overall a great deal for the money

  • this is real trash
it is the worst mobility scooter i ever owned. its heavy, its imposable to make sharp turns. if you are smart you will get another brand, and save your money and time.
