It is very thick and plush. I haven't slept on it yet, but to sit on it like a couch, it is very comfy. It forms to your back. Once we sit down, we don't want to get up; it's that comfy. The cover seems to be a strong material. It does have the white stitching where the mattress was tied, but it doesn't show that much. Still I would have rather had it be the same color as the fabric. In short; save yourself some money buy a milliard memory foam mattress. It’s cheaper, better quality, way batter looking and comes as advertised unlike this one. I ordered this in August 2023. It arrived well enough. Unpacked it, it never inflated to advertised width after days of waiting. It has wood smell and want very comfortable, it had many lumps. Returned it, it’s now January of the next year and I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to me. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING ... show more

we have had this futon for 7 months now. It is not as thick as I had hoped. It was for my daughter's futon bunk bed. It is ok, but if I had it buy again I would find one that is thicker

Finally getting quality sleep! I can totally get a good nights sleep. I was skeptical about it at first but the memory foam is great! It just takes about 3 days for the bed to fully expand from it's delivery compression.
