So far so good, it’s been up for about 1 month now and is still holding up and looking good. We put it up against bushes and trees and you can’t see thought it at all. Great and easy way to block something you don’t want to see or don’t want people to see you.

I wanted to wait prior to writing a review to see if they held up. I purchased 6 for a large luxury community tennis court. They have held up great in the Florida rain and heat. They look great and I believe it’s a great product!!!

A fallen tree smashed our wood fence. around our garden. To keep deer out I bought this in a hurry to keep deer out. It was easy to install and looks nice. Will probably not need to rebuild the fence. It looks high quality should last for a long time.

Today its 06 JULY 2020 @ 2223 hrs (EST). I feel this message is for Amazon customers to read. On 08 MAY 2020, a purchase of a standard size shade from Royal Shade. Their shade was not quality as anticipated, hence the request for a refund. From May through July 2020, I sent endless emails with zero replies from the vendor (Royal Shade). Finally, the vendor-approved my request after filing an A-Z complaint with Amazon several weeks ago. Today, the vendor (Royal) will accept my return with these stipulations (Royal wrote [cut and pasted]): Instructions from Royal Shade 1.For all custom size return, we will charge up to 15 % of restock fee . 2.Return item must be brand new, in it's original package, or we will charge up to 20% restocking fee. 3.Return request must be filed within 30 days after the package has been delivered. 4.We only cover return shipping when we sent wrong item or defect item.For the other situation,buyer has to cover the return shipping fee. By the time I complete the vendor (Royal Shade) requirements, my out of pocket expense is $12.32. After this poor customer service, I will only purchase items listed as Amazon Prime; at least I know prime vendors are noble and helpful. Sincerely, Ferris ... show more
