This grill seems to be just what we were looking for. We have a propane grill, but decided to change it up a little. It does require assembly and the instructions could be a little plainer, but we used it for our first time Saturday and again yesterday. I made a sumptuous steak on it yesterday. The damper makes keeping your temperature where you want it. Cleaning up is pretty easy. Definitely worth what it costs. I am a fan. 😊 ... show more

I opened the box for this grill yesterday after work. I have to admit that the parts will well packed in formed styrene forms, and things like nuts and screws were in a labeled bubble pack. I did have several issues with assembly: 1) the directions could have used more detail, since it was sometimes difficult to tell exactly how some of the parts attached to one another. 2) Although I did it myself, having a second set of hands would have made things simpler, especially attaching the lid. 3) the package was missing a key part... the axel which the wheels mount on. This brings us to customer service. A few minutes ago, I called the customer service number provided with the grill. I explained my issue, and was immediately told that they would send an email where I could specify details (including part numbers, name & address, etc.), and that they would send the part once I replied with this information. I just hope that the grill works as good as their service! ... show more
