I loved the easy setup of this rowing machine. It's also very portable and can stand up straight to get it out of the way. I also love how you can set the tension manually. Some rowing machines try to adjust automatically to how hard you pull, but I find that feature bothersome and not helpful. The rowing action is very natural and gives a good workout in minimal time. This is an awesome rowing machine. It was very easy to assemble - it took maybe 20 minutes. It is lightweight but very sturdy at the same time. To save space, it can be put upright and lowered when using. The workouts are perfect. Great value for money!

The rowing machine was an addition to other exercise equipment. It was easy to put together and works great. I absolutely love the ease at which it glides as I row. The tension is able to be adjusted for a tougher workout. I find it easier on my arthritic knees that the elliptical and my bicycle.
