This steamer is so easy to use & does an amazing job. I steamed the wrinkles out of a Fairly long dress in under 2 minutes on the turbo mode. It also heats up very quickly, in under 30 seconds. Purchased it to get wrinkles out of polyester dresses (mostly from Shein) which would otherwise be scorched with a regular iron. Pouring water into the removable small tank is easy if you do it with a cup with spout, heats up quickly. I use it on the max setting (turbo) for all the clothes and it hasn't burned any yet. I find that using the delicate setting takes too long. I also find that using the steamer while the garment is wet makes the process a lot easier. My only issue is that it's heavy so your hands/wrists get tired after a while. For that same reason and the bulkiness, I'm not sure it would be good for traveling unless you have a lot of space for it. Regardless, I give it a 5/5 for performance and I think it was a great investment. ... show more

Amazon needs to do a better job of screening returns, this makes the second time I have bought used-like new products and a component was missing. I ordered this to replace a different Rowenta steamer (the one with the valet), which gave out after years of regular use. Coming from the full-size garment steamer, I expected this one to do a lesser job, but I am very happy with it. It puts out A LOT of steam, and heats up very quickly. I have basically used the "turbo" setting for everything, and I like it a lot. The drawback for me is that there is a "button" (more like a clip) that you can engage so that you don't have to continuously hold the trigger as you steam, but for me, it never really stays engaged, so I do have to hold the trigger the whole time. This bothers my arthritic hands after steaming for a while, so take that into consideration when purchasing if that's an issue for you. Although, hopefully your clip will work, so you will not have that issue! Thanks. ... show more
