This steamer was tried for the third time. There continues to be water spilling out from the tank all over the floor. Inches of water over a 5-6 minute steam. We tried more water and less water in the tank to see if it was user error. Additionally, Water comes pouring out of the steam head onto the garments leaving water stains onto prom dresses and the like. This was a completely useless steamer and we gave it three tries. This one is compact and easy to use but when it’s hot it has water that comes out the back all over my floor! It’s ruining my floors and for that I Wouldn’t recommend!
