Surprisingly great quality for the economical pricing. These two 8" subs sound way better than I expected. Since I started driving over 20 years ago I've always had something in my trunk , like two 10" or two 12", but this probably sounds just as good (if not better) than a lot of my previous setups. You know it's hitting good when it's hard to see what is in the mirror because it's vibrating so much. I just ordered door speakers to replace the factory garbage so that I can hear the mids and highs without being drowned out by the bass. I was already planning on replacing door speakers anyway but this just made it more necessary. Product - Pros: great value, great quality. Cons: may need to upgrade other speakers to balance out the sound. My only complaint is that I didn't receive the fuse, fuse holder and some connectors (small stuff). When I messaged the seller, the only option to correct that issue was to offer me a return shipping label and refund me for the order. By that point I had already started running the wire, so I just called it a loss and ordered a fuse holder else where for the cheap. In regards to the seller... Pro: seller is willing to solve problems/issues with the order. Con: solution may not be desirable/convenient. That is all. ... show more

So much more than I could ever imagine I would have never thought about getting a 8 inch subwoofer for my car I have always had big bulky ones that never turn out the way I wanted but with rockvil I got it right the first time I love the sound and how easy it was to install love it

These subs suprised me for dual 8" with only 1400w max power. I had the amp that came with them tuned to about 80% after breaking them in and I was suprised how much bass they could produce. They served me well for a month or so, but I needed more bang and upgraded to two 12's running on 2000 watts. Overall these are a great budget option for the casual/slight bass-heavy listener, but if you get into it, you will want to upgrade pretty soon after😭They are good/bad because buying these have led me to spending over 3.5K on car audio. I knew this was cheap when I bought it, they’re no Kickers. Had them for less than a year and the amp blew and sub blew as well. They want me to cover the shipping costs ($250) to reship them back to them to fix it. Refuse to give a refund. Decent deal if you like buying an amp and a subwoofer every year. I've had these installed for 10 months now in my 2007 Ford Ranger. I blast them every week like new. For dual 8s, they BUMP. The amp always stays cold. I'm satisfied every time a bassy song come on. Overall this is probably the best sub, amp ect package you can possibly get for $200!
