**** fantastic customer service. They immediately reached out and helped resolve the issue. Very thankful for them. So frustrating. I ordered one for my daughter for Christmas. The first one came with a broken stem. They wouldn’t replace it, so I had to return it and order another one (and the price had gone up). Got the 2nd one in and it wasn’t broken, so I thought we were good. My daughter opened it Christmas morning and the upper and lower stems will not attach. It just slides right out. We were supposed to leave for the beach tomorrow where she was going to use it and now it’s worthless. Very frustrating. ... show more

I have had multiple surveys done of my property, unfortunately my neighbor pulled out several of the property stakes, and then proceeded to argue when asked to move his shed off my property. With this I was able to locate my survey pins in the ground without paying for the surveyor to come back out. Long story short, the neighbor moved his shed. So glad I bought it!
