    For my install I used the flush mount option with a nontraditional ceiling finish. I had difficulty putting all four screws from the canopy into the mounting bracket. I also found the canopy got slightly mangled as I installed it. Fortunately I was able to salvage it. The screws for installing the mounting bracket also seemed questionable. I made a trip to the hardware store to get a couple the were more robust. A little peace of mind goes a long way. If I were installing this again, I would add some thick washers between the mounting bracket and ceiling. My install was probably not typical as the bracket was screwed into a ceiling joist with plaster between. The faux finish on the bulb cage left something to be desired. While I read that one other reviewer went for black, I opted for Krylon hammered copper. One other downside, one of the bulbs was defective. I've replaced it and have had no problems with the fixture. All told, I spent more on this fan than other options, and even then I spent more (screws, paint, bulbs) to make it right. Four stars is almost too generous, but I am overall happy with the final product. ... show more

    It’s been years since I installed a ceiling fan. Holy cow have they come a long way. This was SUPER easy to install. You end up assembling more of it at home but it takes a lot of the weight out of it when hanging it so that’s a huge plus. We ordered 2 of them. One of them had a small scratch in one of the fan blades and the company replaced it immediately. I would definitely order another one and probably will eventually for another room in the house.       • Look and work great.
    I own a log home in Door County, Wi and I converted our three season room to a year round sun room. I purchased two of these units for the high ceiling and they look and work great. I didn't bother with a remote since I only need to run these at a low speed since i have two in the room. Besides, I tend to misplace the remotes and not having one solved that problem! I've had numerous compliments on how nice they look. One word of caution. The stems are 3/8 not the standard 1/2. If you need to have certain stem length outside the standard length offered, be sure to check on availability. I was able to order longer 30" stems and they worked fine. ... show more

    This was a great buy. Have never heard of the brand but the fan seems solid built like other more known brands. It fit perfectly with our rustic/farmhouse decor and really liked the fact that can be flush mounted without the downrod. Also paired it with a smart separate ceiling fan/light in wall switch control and dimmer so that I can control it with switch or through the phone app which allowed me to get rid of the pull strings and that makes it look that much better! ... show more

      • Defective fan
    Fan is exactly as depicted in the photos. Very nice, except the motor is defective. You can hear the motor hum but it does not move the blades. Definitely a pain to have to take it back down and repackage to return it.

    shoulda bought one with rf antenna/remote...but i bought those elsewhere...ended up painting light basket flat black..looks way better than wood finish it comes in...

    I love this ceiling fan. We bought two for our living room. They look so much better in person. They light is not bright so if you’re wanting a bright light you’ll have to see about buying a different bulb.

      • Very nice looking
    Works awesome, pleasing to the eye, fan works good. Only complaint is the little fan/light pullies broke....the little wood part busted off after very little use. Other than that, good product.
