The brakes could work better. The pedal crank kept coming loose until I put a lock washer on it. Other than that, this is a fantastic price and a fantastic item.

Every point is a star for review : READ THIS BEFORE BUYING ⭐️✅1)Look: great looking e-bike Solid look and nice colour. ⭐️✅2)Comfort: im tall guy 6.4 or 190cm, my weight is 80kg, i perfectly fit there. As everyone said, seat is very comfortable and you can fit 2 people on it (if you’re not heavy) :) ⭐️✅3)Speed and riding quality: My top speed was 43km/h or 25mph, I like it. It’s faster to get from one place to another on a car in Miami or New York or other big city. ⭐️❌4)Battery capacity: it shows its 75mile range, but really it’s not. Real range on one charge is 20miles on one charge with full speed. If you’re going medium speed, you can push it to 30miles. ⭐️❌5)Price and delivery: Delivery is on Amazon, I ordered bike and 2 batteries. I don’t received my second battery . Price is just crazy, bicycle cost is max $400, with battery could be $600, but not $1000. And they took $500 for another battery, while i could buy it separately for $200. ... show more

Bike arrived in good condition, but will not turn on. We have tried everything. No customer service number available for troubleshooting or returns. You send an email and a generic return email is sent back in poor grammar. Now we need to pay to have it reshipped! Awful experience. My 14 year-old is disappointed as he worked all summer for this bike. Buyer beware unless you enjoy this sort of thing. Waiting for a response from the company, but I don't have high hopes.
