Just got this treadmill and have had it a week. It's a perfect size for me, fits well in the room. I know I can fold it & put it away if needed which is handy, but honestly I am leaving it where it is because it's easy to just plug in and walk whenever I want. I live on the rainy side of the BI of Hawaii and it's rural so no sidewalks and gets "country dark" after sunset, this makes it so much easier to walk even at night. I have it pointed at the TV so I can watch while I walk which I love. Customer service was great. I had some issues with the red knobs & handrail initially that resolved itself while I was in conversation with them, so didn't need their help ultimately, but they were immediate and very responsive to me. It's a little squeaky now & then but I think that means I should make time to use its lubricant. In general it's very quiet. I like the handrail and place for my phone, and the remote control is also handy. It took two of us to get the initial box into the house but it was easy to set up (like really easy) and I can move it myself now that it's set up. I keep a towel on it when not in use because I knew it would become a cat bed as soon as it was in the living room & this protects it from claws. 🤣 ... show more

My large treadmill died and I was dreading having to buy a new one. This one had great reviews and seemed to be right in my price range. Upon arrival, I was happy to see just how little assembly was required. The treadmill was so light compared to my large one and easy to position. This also saved me a ton on space and makes my gym look so much larger now. I liked that this model supports a good amount of weight, has decent speeds, and comes with the support rail with controls on it. It also has a working remote which is works fine but I prefer the controls on the rail. The display is easy to read (located on the motor cover), and the treadmill runs smooth and is so much quieter than my large one. I did give up a few things going to this smaller treadmill. There is no incline which I knew ahead of time. And I have noticed that the speed is quite a bit slower than my large treadmill and would definitely consider this more of a walking pad than something I can run on. My large treadmill I would walk around 4 MPH. This treadmill I walk around 6.7-7 MPH. This also lacks a large dashboard with cup holders, but again, I knew I wasn’t getting that with this one so it was of no surprise. I do wish this treadmill came to a slow stop if you pull the safety cord. This comes to a near immediate stop and made me almost fall. If you press “off”, it does come to a slow stop, which is good. I just wish the safety feature had that same gradual decrease in speed. Overall I am very pleased. I think this treadmill has met all of my expectations and does what I need it to. ... show more

I decided to try out this treadmill. It is actually great. There are many things I like about it. When I received it, it only took about five minutes to set up. All of the parts seem really sturdy and well built. The speed can be fully adjusted, from a slow walking pace all the way up to basically a full run. When I'm running on it, it feels like I'm really getting a great cardio workout. The display screen is very easy to read and the numbers are large. The tray works perfectly for holding my phone or tablet which is a nice feature as I'm able to see texts or answer calls as they come in. I've never received any error code on the display. There is a remote control key that when removed will shut off the treadmill so not need to worry about accidents. This treadmill is a flat walking surface with no incline adjustability so if you're looking for that you may want something different. I'd say this treadmill is a great value for the money and would definitely recommend it! ... show more

I wanted a treadmill but my husband said it will only be a clothes hanger (haha). We agreed on this reasonably priced walking pad. It is fairly quiet, with a little squeaking but comes with a bottle of lubricator. We put pads underneath to keep it from moving on the composite flooring. I love the handle and wouldn't have bought one without it - at 63 years old I need something to lightly hold on to for balance. There is a little shelf that holds my small fire tablet for something to listen to or watch while walking. There is a timer, a calorie counter and a mph display. Easy to increase the speed with the buttons on the handle and immediately stop by pulling the magnetic disk from the handle.
