It was easy to install, folds over so it can be kind of hidden when not used, and the kids can easily pull the line out and lock the line in place so it doesn’t sag. We’ve used it all summer and it’s still working great. It’s small so it doesn’t look like a big eye sore and it can be reeled back in and tucked away when not needed. The line wire is made out of below grade material and popped on first use leaving all my clothes in the dirt. Clothespins that came with are a waste because they can't even be used for baby clothes. Definitely a waste of my money

Bought this to replace an older one that was worn out as it was cheaper than the original one from Big Box store. It does the job, but I find the line to be a bit shorter than my original retractable clothesline and it's also a thinner-gauge line. The line works, but does not feel as sturdy as my old line as it is a smaller diameter. So far, so good. ... show more
