I recently bought this 2-pack of large laundry baskets, and while they are convenient and spacious, there are a few concerns. The size is perfect for holding a week’s worth of laundry, and the design makes them easy to carry. However, I found the baskets to be somewhat flimsy; they tend to bend under heavy loads, which makes me worry about their long-term durability. They do stack well for storage, but I wish they felt sturdier. Overall, they’re functional and affordable, but be cautious with overloading them. These are not only esthetically pleasing- but they're the right price, size and material too. They stand up on their own. They are great for carrying entire hamper to the laundry room and they themselves can even be washed. Love them!

    • Attractive, but flimsy with no inner supports

Our previous hampers lasted many, many years, and likely would have lasted longer if the kids hadn't climbed inside them. As a result, the sides lost became flimsy and didn't stay up. They also developed mold at the bottom of the basket, which is understandable. But we got a solid 5-6 years from our previous hampers. We chose these based on their appearance, They're more attractive than the plain khaki color we had before. The 75L is slightly smaller than our previous one, but still a decent size to hold laundry for two people throughout the week. What was most noticeable was its thinness - the material is very, very thin. On top of that, there is no additional support at the bottom to keep the hamper open. Our previous one came with a stiff board that goes on the bottom to keep it flat and give it extra strength. This one didn't come with anything, so you have to rely on just the hamper itself. It stays up for now, but I would be surprised if it stays up after a few instances of carrying it up and down the stairs. That said, it's a good temporary hamper that looks nice, but is not a long-lasting item if you're looking for something durable. If I could do it all over, I would get the next size larger, and look for something that is thicker and has more support. ... show more

OK, so my daughters driver went out, and no, it’s not the heating element and no it’s not some other thing in between getting a Replacement, she’s been going to the laundromat, the two plastic laundry baskets have both broken. I picked her up tall upright hamper metal line with breathable fabric and handles on the side at a Goodwill for like $3.99. Now this handles the wet really well But she still needed something heavy duty with breathable fabric and lined for the dried items. I ran across season my search and I thought wow they’re collapsible too. They can hold two loads of towels, a couple of loads of clothing with some of them on hangers and are also perfect for storing your blankets. So I bought our first set an I realized how well made it is. Holds my overfilled load of clothes I put into the wash! Nice handles! If you want to sanitize the inside you could had a coating inside of it. I use it only for clean laundry so no dirty clothes touches it so I don't need to sanitize it between loads but it would be easy if I needed to jsut like a plastic laundry basket... stands on its own as well which I like ...it doesn't collapse when you stand it up! But you also can fold it flat if you want! An I do because our cat likes to lay in it!!! ... show more
