I wanted a laundry hamper that looked a little better than the collapsible ones, something a little more pleasing to the eye, which is why I picked this one. I'm pretty pleased with this hamper, as it was very easy to put together and looks good in the room. The only thing I would note is that the 2 liner bags are not one bag for each side of the hamper (e.g. one bag for lights and one bag for darks). Instead, each liner bag is big enough for the entire hamper and has a cloth divider in the middle of the bag to hold lights and darks; there is no divider in the actual hamper. You get one bag to put in the hamper and one as a spare for when the one in the hamper needs to be washed, I guess. ... show more

I admit I had to resort to the directions to get the thing assembled which took about 15 minutes. It is a very nice hamper. Looks nice and functions as advertised. Easy to separate whites and dark clothes, or light from dark. The hamper itself seems to fill up quickly. If we don't separate by color it can last the week. With two of us using the hamper, it takes about 4 days to fill the dark colored side. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and recommend the hamper. ... show more
