I wish there were more companies offering scented monomers. This one was a happy surprise. It does still smell like monomer. It is what it is HOWEVER the coffee scent is very present and smells like a coffee candy. Once the monomer cures all that’s left is a delicious coffee scent that lasts for a few days which I would think is a huge draw for most. If my nails can smell like coffee why wouldn’t I want that??? I gave this a 4 because I use this company for my artificial nails in my salon. There is a lot I like about the company, however if you are purchasing this for the coffee smell, you might be disappointed. The smell is slight. The product works the same as usual.

I’ve been using the regular Mia Secret Monomer for YEARS! And I love it, never had any problems with fumes or retention on my clients. However, with this the nails lift within days and does not mix well with ANY powders. I will not be buying this again.

The smell is very strong and whoever said it smelled like coffee has never had coffee before in their life. This monomer took several minutes to set the acrylic so it's beginner friendly but if you want something quick drying this is not for you.
