This could not be simpler. It is a green board. That's it! The people complaining here don't know what they are talking about. Nothing can be wrong with this if it is a solid board. It can't be defective. It can't be broken. This is a good quality commercial product, as good of cutting board as you will find. The surface finish is not perfect, and not supposed to be - you cut it up, that is what it is for! If you have not held a similar cutting board, you might be surprised just how thick and heavy it is. It's a weapons grade cutting board! I'm curious what type of bullets may penetrate - .22 does not have a chance. ... show more

This is a really nice, durable cutting board. I found it perfect for mounting a French fry cutter to because of its thickness. It is really easy to clean and is made of high quality materials.

I think most of the dissatisfied buyers expected that the cutting board would be made from sheet material. Actually it is injection molded and with something this big and thick, of course it warps as it cools. One side had a hump in the middle. The other side was twisted so it would rock, and both sides had sinks (depressions) near the edge. Otherwise it is very heavy and should be durable. ... show more

Heavy duty and easy to clean. This thicker cutting board makes it easier to cut through than the thin, flexible cutting "boards." You can really apply more force to get the job done.

    • Tough and sturdy, but warped so usable only on one side
The cutting board is good except it is cupped and therefore only sits stable on one side. When flipped over it is completely unsafe for use. It is very durable and easy to clean, but since only one side can be used, it is disappointing.
