This terrarium is beautiful. It arrived well packed with 0 damage, even to the box (surprise cause it weighs a lot). The instructions were not great, leaving out parts (like attaching the front doors, putting in the side vent) but if you have some inclination for putting things together it is fairly intuitive. Took about an hour to put together. It is really well made. My only concern is if the UV lights will get through the metal mesh (just my own concern, probably wrong) I'm so excited to introduce my little guy to his new domain! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My son got a tortoise from his girlfriend for Christmas, so I got to spend a ton of money getting it set up. Cage came well boxed and went together pretty easy. Came with gloves to try to prevent cutting. The center support could use some type of better bracing in such a large cage but smaller units may not be affected. ... show more

I was super excited to get Kai's (my ball python) forever home. Unfortunately when I got the box, it was busted up as well and when I opened it the mesh grat for the top of the cage had been punched out. Super disappointed.
