After about two weeks I noticed I was feeling incredibly run down, muscle aches, trouble concentrating, dizziness, and feeling very emotional/irritated. I couldn't figure it out, thought I was getting sick. A cursory search for side effects of NR wont generate much - this is why I thought this stuff was safe. However if you dig deeper and start reading first hand reports from folks who have taken this, you will find A LOT of people don't tolerate it well and experience these exact same side effects.
