So far I’ve been in it and it is able to adjust my mid and lower back somewhat. I get up and I’m standing straighter and have more curve in my lower back. I do find the rollers for my feet odd it seem like there’s one high point on each side, it hurts my feet But my feet are sensitive compared what they were years ago when I first tried one of these things and a chiropractic service but something seems different about the foot rollers. It is nice. I didn’t realize that it had computerized voice command., that’s a real plus for me. All I have to do is look at the list on the back of the controller and tell Alice what I want and she delivers. It’s either trying to figure out the controls buttons. The only real issue I had was delivery, I don’t know if I was from the company or going through Amazon, but they had the wrong phone number, so I had to call back through the system and they contacted the unit here in California and got them the right number so they could deliver it ... show more

This chair required no setup. You literally take it out of the box and plug it in and it’s ready to go. I had spinal fusion surgery a year ago and thought this chair would help with my recovery which has bee fantastic. The lowest intensity level of this chair is still very very intense. It’s probably comparable to a deep tissue massage. I contacted customer service and asked if the intensity could be decreased any more beyond the lowest level and I was told no but the agent suggested I unzip the back of the chair where the headrest is located and put a pillow or blanket back there to cushion the rollers on my back. I used towels instead and after some trial and error I was able to adjust it now to where the rollers are a lot more comfortable and the kneading isn’t as intense. For the life of me I can’t see how anyone in pain could stand the intense massage of this chair. I’m still on the fence about whether or not I’ll keep this chair. That being said I think it’s a good value for the money. My suggestion to the company would be to offer a cushion of some sort to insert in the chair for those of us that need that added cushion for comfort. I would vertebrate willing to pay extra for that feature. ... show more

I purchased this chair in May 2024. Within 2 weeks of receiving it, it stopped working. A replacement part was sent, we put it in and the chair worked, until Jan. 6, 2025. We replaced the fuse, it powered back on and again stopped working. I have sent two emails to the seller and have not heard back from them. My son-in-law has the same chair that he bought directly from the company for over a year and he has not had any problems with it. The chair was finally picked up and my credit card refunded so the issue was resolved ... show more
