It was delivered in a timely manner and the packing of the shelving unit was absolutely amazing. No issues or concerns with the instructions and no missing parts. Very sturdy and will hold a lot of weight. They give you extra parts just in case you want to split the unit into 2 3-shelf units, which is so cool. 5 Stars all the way around. Easy to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble (That inevitable setting a shelf at the wrong level.) A highlight for me was the attention to details that went into packaging. No metal against metal for the shelves or the posts. There were plastic spacers in all four corners of each shelf and between all shelves which were secured with heavy duty zip ties. There were enough hardware part to assemble the kit as one tall shelf or two smaller shelves. There were extra shelf supports in case some were lost or broken by the buyer.
