I was skeptical at best but decided to give these a try since nothing else has worked. I bought 4 and put them in my closet for that 'musty' clothing smell. I thawed out some scallops in my refrigerator. Big mistake! It left a horrible fish smell in my refrigerator. I tore the refrigerator apart and washed every inch of it, but it still smelled horrible. This worked great. We have a industrial size upright freezer. About 3 years ago I left the door open and lost everything. The freezer was just 2 years old and still worked fine. We scrubbed it with several cleaners and the smell still lingered. We started vacuum sealing all our items and continued to use it. Last week we installed this filter and now the smell is gone.
