A non-intrusive motor is quiet on lowest speeds. Fast and thorough on all speeds, and the unit is attractive when it is doing nothing.! Easy controls which the user can program for specific levels of comfort for personal enjoyment and improved air quality. The level of filtration is impressive. One caution is that some of filtering screens are due for different cleaning times. All of these are simple to clean without an extra purchase. The main filter, however, must be serviced by the purchase of a filter which is an extra expense, but the good news is that the next carbon filter lasts about a year, I don’t make any health claims for other users, but this is helpful for those who are improved by cleaner air. I live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, so we rotate having this by the bedrooms, or by the kitchen and it’s great! It’s reassuring knowing it is cleaning the air. I’ve had pretty constant congestion for 6 months and haven’t had allergy problems before, so I got this hoping it would help clear the air. The light around the power button changes color depending on your air quality which is very convenient, and the app is simple to set up and use and will send notifications to my phone if the air quality changes. Sometimes I get a notification when I’m at work and my spouse is cooking, and I’ll get in the app and up the fan speed remotely. We have it in the entry to the kitchen when we cook (which we use our kitchen for all three meals each day) and it has definitely helped clear any smoke or strong smells out! Sometimes we would cook and you could smell the spices for the next few days, but this has helped that! I open up the front and vacuum it every couple weeks cause it doesn’t get too dusty or dirty for us. It has an auto mode where it will change its speed depending on the air quality it detects. Overall this works great and is quiet and not annoying or noticeable unless you have it on the highest setting, but we don’t have it always on high. ... show more

Love this little but powerful unit. I did my research and am extremely happy with my purchase. This unit has so many features I suggest if you are undecided just read the description. This unit is simple to set up, operate and run. It has mobile syncing , wifi, or can just run on auto and senses the air quality. It has a day and night mode too so light do not disturb. Love the ability to both use the app or controls when using this. The shape of it allows it to be pretty unobtrusive wherever it's placed. For filtering it seems to work fantastic. Has the option to have it pick up speed when it detects decreased air quality and it seems to work pretty accurately especially seeing how it turns on when cooking or vacuuming. Seems like it does pick up quite a bit of air and the area they advertise seems correct. Not the biggest unit but for the size we needed it's great for us. App is cool if you're dorky and like to track air quality over time. Also seems easy to clean the pre filter. Filter replacements look fairly expensive but the manufacturer does offer discounts for setting up recurring shipments. ... show more
