No, seriously, I received my book about a week earlier than anticipated. This company has very prompt service, and I highly recommend ordering from them - especially if you have a deadline. This book is by far the best HVACR book out there on the market as of this writing. I have several HVACR books, and this one has much more detailed information than all of the other ones. This is also the course material that my class and I are having to study online for college (HVACR). The hardcover version of this book took seemingly forever in being delivered to our school. When they finally arrived, however, the school put a price tag of $20 on this book. You are wise if you guessed correctly that I purchased everyone of these books that remained after the students in my class got theirs... Yes, I have an online copy as well (And 'Yes!' It's quite a book, way bigger than I expected; 1700 pages of it! It's set up rather as a training text book, complete with a test/quiz at the end of each chapter. It's loaded with full color charts, graphs, illustrations, drawings and photos of all things A/C. It's a great reference manual to have on the shelf too. I'm very happy with it. ... show more

The text is well written. The illustrations help clarify the written text. Unfamiliar terms are fully and clearly explained. The sections at the end of the chapters with the illustrated service calls are very helpful to the students.
