I purchased these because I accidentally scratched my eye trying to take out my contacts and this was the first or second option that popped up of what I was told to get to help sooth my eye. However, I am so happy I did. I have really bad seasonal allergies and my eye get itchy and if I’m wearing my contacts they get really dry. I have eye drops but I always lose the bottles. But with these being individually packaged I was able to break them apart and put a few in the couple purses I use, my car, etc. so I have them whenever needed. The actual eye solution works great. My eye doctor told me to get these as they don't go bad. I hate throwing away all of the little plastic pieces. It's too bad they can't figure out something else, maybe something biodegradable. But it works well for my eyes. And they are resealable. The plastic tip that you twist off can pop back on, so if you only need one or two drops, you can save it for later. I gave it 4 stars because of the plastic, not that I can think of an alternative at this time. ... show more

We were told by the eye doctor to buy the single use containers as they have less preservatives in them. So we have been continuously buying them as my husband has extremely dry eyes. He has had relief from these drops and they are easy to carry in your pocket, hint if you use them all day you can just put the cap back on, it just pushes back on if you don't throw it away.
