I apply this to my hair right after a shower, when my hair is still wet and I suggest you do the same and I do not rinse it out, I just leave it. I love the texture and the slip of this cream and I feel like it's so easy to apply. Most creams, I feel like I have to really work it in my hair but for this one it is effortless. I bought the small size just to try it. It was recommended by an on line influencer. I love it! It transformed my hair to soft , bouncy and shiny . My hair is thin, and fine . I found out about this product from "Blowout Professor" on YouTube! I love his videos, so if you're into hair and having/growing healthy hair check him out! He had made a video testing out and reviewing different products that claim to repair and restore damaged hair, and this was the product that he ended up recommending. In my opinion, the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate is worth the money. The biggest size available here is the one I bought, the 5.1 oz, and for me and my hair, that's enough. My damage is only located in my ends and some of the midsection of my hair, so that's the only place I apply it. The roots are growing healthy so there's nothing TO repair, and because of this, I don't apply the product there. I use it as instructed and it leaves my hair feeling so much better after one wash. I will continue to use this once a week, and to my knowledge, it takes up to 8 consistent uses for the hair to fully repair, so I'll come back in 8 weeks with updates!!! If you're debating whether or not to get this product at all, I fully recommend it, I believe that it was worth my money, and I believe it is worth yours. If you're debating between this product and Olaplex no. 3, I would choose this over that product (even though Olaplex no. 3 is also a very good product). Alright, that's all! It did work, but it was too expensive. I would recommend using the l'oreal Paris bonding complex with 14 percent citric acid instead. It is cheaper and works the same.

I was hesitant to spend the money, but then I realized it only takes a very small amount. Use this in conjunction with the Redken Acidic Bonding Shampoo and Conditioner. This is the first step of the trio, and again, it only takes a very small amount. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then rinse. THEN use the Acidic Bonding shampoo and conditioner. It made my hair feel nice and smooth. My hair has a lot of heat damage, so this is part of a bi-weekly treatment process that I'm going to be doing for a long time. ... show more
