This stuff turned out awesome! This was my first knife project and I had a blast. It’s stung stuff though, I don’t have a full shop but finished it with a belt sander to shape then an angle grinder with a sanding disk finally finish sanded by hand with 400, 1000, 2000 grit wet sand paper. I buffed it with a ragwheel and polishing compound but preferred the satin finish to the gloss so I sanded it again with 2000. Not a perfect handle due to my limited skill set but with some practice it would be amazing. I already ordered two more sets of blanks! The only issue I had was that the blanks aren’t identical and the pattern varies. One side had significantly thicker white lines than the other but once it was finished it was much less noticeable . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s not a bad material it’s not super hard, but peening is not a problem. Polishing is kinda hard. Not sure if I’ll continue to use it. But it’s nice to change up once in a while.

I recently purchased the RECHERE 2pcs Knife Handle Scale Slabs Grips G10 and was somewhat satisfied with my purchase. The G10 material feels sturdy and well-made, and the slabs were easy to install on my knife. However, I did notice some slight imperfections in the finish that detracted from the overall appearance. In terms of performance, the slabs have provided a comfortable and secure grip on my knife. However, I have noticed that they do tend to get a little slippery when wet, which can be a concern when using the knife in wet conditions.
