My fiancé LOVES this gaming chair! It was super easy to assemble, it’s very sturdy and SUPER SUPER comfortable! It’s very quiet and the size is great for a larger build guy as sometimes these chairs are very tiny, this one isn’t! It’s very sleek and very masculine looking which is nice! And you definitely get what you pay for on this product it’s 100% worth the price! ... show more

  • Excellent Gaming Chair with Lots of Features
Color: Grey Fabric Pattern Name: Chair
I've always said that chairs are like pillows - everyone is going to have a different opinion on what is good and what feels right to them based on their preference. I'm always nervous when I buy a new chair because you almost have to sit in it at home, at your desk to see if works for you. The Iksur XL went on a sale at a price I couldn't pass up and decided to give it a go. First of all, I was extremely impressed by the packaging. Everything was packed incredibly well with foam and there were tons of inserts in the box that made it feel like a special purpose. Absolutely top notch packaging. Installation was straight forward like any other chair with the one exception being a cable that controls the lumbar support which was a new one for me. Other than that, it's just a few scrolls and attaching the base. Very straight forward. The big question...how does it feel? I'm not a big guy but based on reviews, I saw most people recommend the XL just to give you a little more seating room and I'm glad I did. Since this is a racing chair, you have boxed in sides and that might be uncomfortable to some. The XL gives you a bit more seating room. It's definitely a firm seat but I still think it's fairly comfortable and feels like it will hold up unlike the softer seats that will just get flat over time. The arms are interesting and almost feel overengineered. You can pull them inward, outward, up and down and even twist them inwards. There are a lot of options and while they are nice, I hope it holds up over time. The big feature I'd say is the lumbar support. There is an extra lever that will actually push out (or pull in) the lumbar area. Considering most chairs have little to no lumbar support, it does take some time to get used to but now that I've had the chair for a bit, I can't imagine not having it. It contours perfectly to my back and where I would slouch and lean back in my old chair, the Iskur makes me want to sit up straight with my feet on the ground. The natural seating position is just as comfortable with the lumbar support as slouching in my old chair. As for cons, it's mostly nitpicks. I've noticed the fabric on the seat is randomly wrinkled when I get up despite it being stitched pretty tight. It's not a big deal but we'll have to see how it holds up over time. It's not so much a con but worth noting is that the seat sits pretty tall. I have it on the bottom setting and it's almost too far for my desk. I with the base was a little more spread out to be lower to the ground. If you have a short desk, it could be a problem. It works for mine but barely. Overall, it's a very solid chair so far with the big feature being the lumbar support. If you are a fan of racing chairs, this one is very much worth consideration. ... show more

  • Great chair, a few personal complaints.
Color: Black/Green Pattern Name: Chair
The media could not be loaded. I’m a hefty gamer. 5’7, 250LBS. I personally REALLY like this chair. It feels high quality and I wasn’t expecting it to be as firm as it is, but honestly it’s kind of a good thing, I don’t feel like I constantly shift around to feel comfortable like previous (not cheap) office chairs. It’s got a pretty high back and a fairly large seat. My only complaints are that I wish the (idk what they’re called, I’ve heard “Ballasts”) angled foam pieces were a bit farther apart. This being an XL chair I wasn’t expecting my thighs, and especially sitting cross legged or with a single leg crossed, to feel so tight. I get it’s a bucket style racing chair but I wish there was a bit more freedom for my legs to move around in what’s supposed to be a “big” chair. Don’t get me wrong, it’s certainly more comfortable than a lot of other chairs I’ve tried. My other issue is I’m not terribly fond of the included pillow that goes over the head of the chair. It feels decent when sitting upright, but I hardly lean back in an upright chair so I don’t come into contact all that often with it. When I do it’s not bad. The issue with the pillow is when you use the chair’s recline function the pillow may as well not even be on the chair because where I lay most comfortably, the tippity top of the headrest where the pillow is locked to is nowhere near my head or neck. It might as well be up in space. I can pull it down manually as it’s attached with a stretchy band/material. But it just seems to tug back upwards away from me so I can’t lay with it very comfortably. For taller people this is probably a non-issue. The biggest problem I have with the chair is I REALLY don’t trust the 4D arm rests. They shake and they t and as big as I am, I have to be pretty cautious and not put any weight on them as I shift in the chair, I feel like these will be the easiest part to break. When they’re fully extended, the now hollow plastic portion that protrudes from the (actually very sturdy) metal support shows too much wiggling room for my liking. For $600 base price, I expect the arm rests to be top notch. For someone slightly on the heavier side who can break things when I’m not even trying to, it’s incredibly hard to trust that something won’t snap. Assembly was pretty easy, something like 6 screws and you get a pretty huge diagram that could almost be its own reversible poster. Honestly one of the better chairs I’ve owned with just a few gripes. I wouldn’t (and didn’t) purchase at full price of $600, definitely wait for a sale. But for what I did pay I’m satisfied that the chair itself will last awhile. The armrests are a bit in the air for me. ... show more
