Some parts were missing labels so you had to guess which they were; supplied tools (one that would have been a great time saver) were missing; took hours to assemble. No way to return this big, bulky item. Major disappointment.

The shipping was faster than expected but putting it together was super difficult definitely a two person job and then it also came broken and unraveled. It looks really bad and will only get worse since it’s more than one little strap thing.

    • Assembly sucked, but it's nice after it's built

Some of the holes didn't line up well. The instructions say to tighten everything about 60%, then go in an tighten to 100% after it's constructed. I cannot stress that enough... Do that and your life will be easier. Took me about 2 hours by myself at a relaxed pace to put it together.
