At first, upon eyeing the directions, I feared the worst. They're awful, basically just some pictures. But low and behold, I did it! So they must have been ok enough even for me. It's a solid little bike. I put the bike in a giant bag and my 2 yr old neice peeked in and screamed, "i see a bike!". She loves her bike and this makes me very happy. It's only made for up to a certain poundage, but it's so solid, her mom rides her around on it. I bought little streamers and a bell for it also. She loves the bell lol. ... show more

Fairly easy to put together. My child has shorter legs and is not able to reach big wheel pedals yet. Purchased this, so they can start learning how to use pedals and then can grow into the big wheel. The seat has two positions. With position, my child can reach the pedals, hooray!

So you will need a screw driver, wrench and a hammer. Was surprised to find two of them and had to use a shoe as the hammer. For 2024 I was surprised how many little pieces nails and all and parts to put it together. Not easy when you have a waiting two year old. With that said she just turned 2 last year and a big two and she can grow into it and use it at least for the rest of the year if not more. I just would have loved some parts maybe pre assembled some other companies do that. I’ll update if any changes. It looks good quality after the assembly. ... show more

My preschooler loves this trike. I have four children and bought a different one that my first three children used. They loved it and rode it everywhere until the end of it’s life. I bought this one to replace it. Price has risen quite a bit but the quality is there. I gave it to my son when he was two. He is on the short side and could only sit on it. At almost four, he is still short. He refuses to use the pedals. He sits on it and pedals himself by placing his feet on the ground and moving himself that way. I don’t know why he won’t use the pedals. I had a friend come and bring her daughter who was 2.5 and she pedaled it no problem.
