Picture isn't the best since I have a cover on it, but the system works as advertised. The instructions are 75% usable. If your electric start isn't working efficiently, switch the wires around. The instructions say to connect the ground and second wire to the correct place, but I see no markings on the teo slots to know which is which. When testing the system, the electric starter clicked for any configuration, but only successfully lights with the "right" configuration. I'm curious to see how this holds up over time ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Very good quality and very easy to assemble...i installed this pan on a butchers block countertop i got from Lowe's..i cut out the middle and inserted the pan..i also purchased the glass on Amazon and the fire glass rocks...very good DIY project..and also very good customer service.. ... show more

Built the fire pit bar from scratch. Wanted something to run down the middle during fall/winter weather for outdoor get togethers. Measurements were exact and fit perfectly. The turnkey on/off insert with key and electric ignitor sets it off.

The media could not be loaded. Happy with product and despatch to England. Slight issue with igniter sometimes not working but as its cheaper than most not a big deal. I would recommend to friends.

The igniter struggled to light the propane even when on high. Perhaps the location is not optimal. Otherwise, worked well for my application.
