This is a good deal for the money and works great. Turned all the way up is toasty and warm. Easy to install and it does come with the propane mixing valve.

Built the fire pit bar from scratch. Wanted something to run down the middle during fall/winter weather for outdoor get togethers. Measurements were exact and fit perfectly. The turnkey on/off insert with key and electric ignitor sets it off.

It is impossible to find clear instructions for installing this fire feature. The instructions and pictures seem to be for a propane fueled item... but I ordered one for a natural gas hook-up. I have searched for better instructions on the internet with zero luck.
