Pearl From customer service has been great this was a Christmas gift and we did not plan to set up to the spring, easy to set up took about 11/2 hours to do as we put the cover over the frame we found a rip in the roof. Contacted customer service via email, and Pearl replied with in 24 hours. We had a new cover shipped out the following day. It arrived and the next weekend we opened the box to check for any damage and found it was stained we had purchased the white cover and it was brown on one section. Contacted Pearl again and she asked if it would wash off and told us what to use to clean it, this did not work and shipped us a new cover that arrived 3 days later, this cover looks fine only it was the green cover and not the white. We hope to switch it out this weekend. Can’t say how happy we have been with this company and all the support from Pearl! ... show more

For the price this product is well worth it. If I need to, I can always strengthen the frame for water or snow load. They do say that it is not meant to be used during heavy rainfall or snow events. Other than that the skin looks durable, and everything set up easily. I will use a heater set on low to keep it above freezing as it is supposed to get down to 27F by next week. ps...This product is working out very well. Although, it is necessary to add extra support for durability. I used a heavy twine to lash the frame together. The first time it rained, I went into it to see how it was holding up. It was passing drops of water through the breathable skin. Not good as I have an electric heater on low that sits inside. So I bought a 4mm thick transparent plastic sheet 10' by 15'. I used that to cover the domed roof and part way down the sides, plus the entire length draped over the ends. It functions excellent. One night temps dropped down to around 10F and my lime tree held perfect which is the reason I purchased this item. The lime tree is now too big to bring inside for the winter. I keep a large 30 gallon ice chest filled with water inside plus a few 5 gallon containers of water. This gives the greenhouse added heat protection through a cold night. So far the water has not froze over so the heater on low and the water containers do a great job. Finally, I added poles to support the roof as it will eventually get snowed on in a few days. ... show more

Got the package on time and all parts were present. Assembly went well and the instructions were adequate for one person assembly. The one thing that happened on a few of the connections was the compression pins got stuck in the pole. This was able to be remedied with the proper tools, just inconvenient. I am 5’10” and did have some difficulty in installing the cover over the frame. A person ~6’- 6’2”+ would make it easier. The ground stakes, as identified in other reviews, were inadequate for staking so I had pre-purchased other ground stakes, bags of crushed granite and cement blocks for installation. The cover was not too tight for assembly over the frame, as some other reviews commented, and the zippers worked fine with no difficulties. A couple of comments on quality. The tubes, with welding, looked poorly. They were just tack welds and poorly done at that. I also had one hole in the cover (~1/4” square) and a rip in the screen of one window (~1’). All told, it looks good and sturdy. I am pleased with the purchase and look forward to see how it does for a winter in central Texas. 1/5/23 made it through 1st Texas freeze (16° and 15-18MPH winds). Structure held up fine with extra tie downs. I am pleased. 10/28/23 Fully assembled and ready for another winter. ... show more

Kind of difficult to review i think its alright for the price if you plan on reinforcing it, the poles are very very thin as well as the cover i was very careful putting it together and one of the welds on a pole broke as well as having a rip in the cover by the time it was together though it was very easy to put together i dont for see it lasting long even though i have it in a low wind area 2 ft in the ground i dont think its bad for the price but i was disappointed to be duct taping it on day 1. Update after about a month the zippers no longer work several areas are duct taped and im left trying to figure out if the warranty is worth it because i have no where to put my plants to send it back the seams across the top leak when it rains as well but main issue is the zippers i the worst ive delt with on anything very low qaulity zippers will not last long and there is no way to close the door now and it stays very hot if its 70 outside its pushing 90 in here there are no vents at the top for hot air to escape so even with an oscilating fan on the floor and a duct fan mounted at the top exausting hot air it stays 10-15 degrees hotter than outside i like that i am able to have a greenhouse but would not consider buying again you can reinforce it but the zippers wont last the seams leak andits overall very cheap materials i would of just started building a frame or made one from pvc pipe instead knowing what i know now ... show more

So Far So good. Only been up a month. I bought 2 of these to keep the deer out of my Gardens. Set up was Easy, 30 Minutes and just me. I have all four corners weighted down. They have had 40 mile winds so far and took it. All the plants are Happy, I am happy. Will see how they look after a Full year in Missouri. ... show more
