I absolutely loved it. I refused to get one for my first pregnancy but decided to splurge on one for my second one... and OH Boy... that wasn't splurge, that was well needed. It really helped me support my back and hips and have a good sleep. There is couple of downside because nothing is perfect. 1st. It gets really warm plus hormones... it can get sweaty, fixable with fan + lower temp on AC. 2nd. It is so so bulky and awkward ๐Ÿ™ƒ ๐Ÿ˜… there is no place to put ir when trying to make the bed look good. And husband hated it because it took all room on our bed. But girl you are pregnant and going through so much that really the bad is nothing in comparison to what you get. I really felt like sleeping on a cloud sometimes. So confy. If in doubt just DO IT. Very comfortable pillow and easy to maneuver so you can sit up or lay down with it. The only think Iโ€™ve noticed is that I do tend to wake up on my back throughout the night rather than being held on my side by the pillow (only downside to it being easy to maneuver - you can do it accidentally). Giving it 4 stars for that reason and wouldnโ€™t recommend buying it if your sole purpose is to remain on your side all night. I'm not pregnant, just an achey person who moves around a lot while trying to sleep. This pillow is AMAZING. Provides a knee bolster if you're on your back or keeps the pressure from between your knees if you're on your side. On the model I got, the one side can zip off separately to reposition. I put one extra pillow under my head which helps with my snoring and sleep apnea and it's perfect. I've tried so many separate pillows-- this one has everything I need all together! I will say, I got the airflow one, and while it is not as hot as regular polyester type pillows, it's not necessarily especially cool. Anyway, definitely recommend! ... show more

I am a 24 year old who is NOT pregnant, however, my friend had this pillow for back pain. As a side sleeper with issues breathing at night and back pain I have tried every type of expensive pillow and nothing has ever worked for me. I am ABSOLUTELY blown away by this pillow. First of all, the price point is super reasonable! Most pillows at the store are either the same price or only $10-20 dollars less. Second, the pillow came quickly and it fluffed up right away! This comes air tight so the package is smaller than I expected. Third, it is super comfy. The fabric is soft and it is squishy while also being supportive. I know I know, that's a heck of a claim but I seriously cannot express how much I LOVE this pillow!!!! I slept with it the 'right' way for a few nights but I was too hot and didn't like it as much as my regular pillow. I've got curly hair and it seemed to tangle up more and wasn't as comfy as my flattened out old feather pillow. Since flipping it around the other way I LOVE it!!! Easier too to push one or both of the legs away if I wake up too warm or pull them up tight against me. I've got back issues & have slept with a pillow between my knees/ankles for years now, and typically sleep with another firm pillow pulled tight against my back to help keep my spine aligned. This one crazy long pillow does it all and more. What is the more you ask!?!? it's like sleeping in a hug. It's extremely comforting to me. As a bonus, I typically sleep cold and being inside this little cocoon the me-sized pocket of air gets warmer quickly than my old configuration of a buncho pillows. I love it. LOVE IT! Strangely enough, it's not as confining as several pillows, because it's so lightweight I think? yet firm. Yet soft! That being said ~ I got it during the winter & not sure if it will be too much of a good thing once it's warmer during the summer.
