I was not sure if this was going to help me because I had and have so many pillows and wasn’t happy with them. I thought I’d give this a try and as much as I tell people how much I love it I can probably do a commercial for it because my bones as so sore all the time and this was something of a surprise to me. I never slept so good and for once in so many years I can wake up without pain in my hips and back. I used to have a down feather bed and finally gave it to my daughter and regret it but my bed was getting feathers all over it and now she uses it for her dogs, lucky dogs. I never thought I’d find something that would or could compare to that feather bed but I have and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my pillow. My first Amazon review!! I bought this pregnancy pillow early on in my second trimester where it stayed inside the box. Finally opened it because I was getting horrible sleep with my other pregnancy pillow. First night using this pillow didn’t care for it (neck was sore from there being too much cushion around neck area) so I stopped using this for a few nights. Wanted to cry because I could not get comfortable sleeping so in an attempt to get a few more hours of sleep I used this pillow again. OMG- amazing sleep. The cushioning supported my shoulder, helped to support my back and I was able to sleep most of the night (getting up 1-2 times because baby was pushing on my tummy.) The issue with my neck from the first night using this was resolved by punching the area around the neck to flatten it out a bit more. Overall recommend this pillow if you’re trying to get some shut eye!!!! ... show more

There is a lot to like about this product, and I don't want to ding its overall rating so I gave it 4 stars, but fro my purposes (and possibly yours), it was useless and I returned it. Like several other reviewers here, I am not and never have been a pregnant woman, but bought this in hopes of it helping with chronic pain that is routinely made worse by sleeping. I was hoping it would help keep me on my side all night, but my tendency to turn onto my back once I fall asleep was undeterred by this very soft and floppy pillow. I thought from the images and description that it would be much more firm. So, it fluffed up nicely, didn't have a string off-gassing smell, was soft and comfortable, ... all good and I liked it a lot, but it is not the solid, shaped foam I was looking for, just shredded foam, so for my purpose it was useless. ... show more

I’m not nor ever have I been pregnant but I do have ehlers danlos syndrome which means I dislocate my joints OFTEN- hips shoulders and pelvis a lot in my sleep. My Physical therapist mentioned this to help support me while I sleep. I’ve had it a year. Ofcourse I didn’t get it before I tore my cartilage by dislocating my shoulder in my sleep so many times and had to have it repaired last fall but I got it right before surgery and it did allow me to sleep on my back for atleast 8 months. Although the only thing that bothers me now. Is now that it’s a year old. It’s really flat. And “fluffing” is not working. I wish I would have gotten the longer one though as I like to wrap it around my back and under both legs as well. ... show more

I'm about 20 weeks pregnant, and have back issues. I decided to order this one because it was advertised as extra long & all the photos made it look really wide, which would help support my back the way I needed. However, im finding it's not the length or width I thought it was. I found the advertisment photos quite misleading. I still need additional pillows in order to support my legs and back. I will say though, it is comfortable for what it is. The material and inner cushion are great, and I love you can wash the outside case.     • Tips to maximize comfort

At first I had a hard time with this pillow. I adapted it and now I can’t sleep without it. My 3 tips to maximize the comfort level are: (1) wash it before you use it. I have sensitive skin and made the mistake of trying it before washing it. Hives/irritation resulted. (2) at least at first, wear long pants with it so your skin doesn’t touch the fabric. This helped me avoid skin irritation until I had worn in the pillow. You can get super soft sleep pants from gap body (3) use it upside down from how the product picture shows. Having the bottom of the U shape under my head didn’t work because it wasn’t enough support for my neck/head. I use it upside down so that I can still use my own pillow. Works great! ... show more

This pillow is amazing!! I wish there was a way to keep the stuffing up by the head better. I just hold it by the feet and shake the fluff down. I also wish it was a little longer. I’m 5’6” and it’s just barely long enough when I have my knees bent but I’d love to straighten my legs out a little more. I love having both sides supported! I bought this because it kept waking me up turning from one side to the other and having to move my knee pillow around under my blankets. Now I can toss and turn without waking up so I’m sleeping much better! I am not pregnant, but need that front and back support. I also like to use the legs under my knees when I sleep on my back to flatten my back out. Overall, I think this pillow is amazing!! The only improvements I’d ask for is a way to keep my fluff when I want it and need it. And make it a little longer so it can be used with my legs stretched out a little longer. ... show more
