Easy to assemble. When I got this I was skeptical on how it was going to work because nobody put the instructions in the reviews, but it’s super easy. You just click the black pieces together. Zip ties are optional, my ferrets are diggers so I zip tied it to prevent them from digging under it. They are MOSTLY potty trained, however they occasionally can’t resist to go under the bed. Now, they cannot get through, and my youngest tried his hardest. Very satisfied, would recommend for animals that will try anything to get under your bed. I wrapped it around one long side and one short side of my queen bed (yes they were connecting) and I needed to order two to fit. As a note, I did consider docking a star because wayyy too little zip ties, specifically the big ones, and the double sided tape was awful, however I have zip ties and didn’t need the double sided tape ... show more

I bought this because my cat had been going under my bed and scratching a whole in the bottom of my brand new sleep number mattress! We can’t have that! While it doesn’t leave your bed looking like a Better Homes & Garden Magazine, it does the job. I have carpet so it’s really not possible to stick it to the floor, but I was able to stick it to the bed. I elected to stick in on the inside of the bed frame instead of the outside and I think it looks MUCH better this way — not as much of an eye sore. It’s quick and easy to put together. I got the one that’s 7” tall and I needed a total of three packs to cover three sides of my Queen bed. Hope this info helps! ... show more

Does a great job keeping my puppy out from under the bed! However the adhesive on the tape wears off after a while and you have to switch it out. Other than that it works great.

Look--it's not for fashion. It's not cute. And you may stub your toe on it from time to time at first. But if you're like me and have a pet who likes to hide out under your king-sized bed whenever you need to give them medicine, or take them to the vet, etc., it does actually work. And so far it is holding up. In terms of assembling it: It wasn't hard and didn't take too long, though the first segment I put up took a while. It's aggravating that they only sell the tall version in the longer (83") segments -- for a king-sized bed where one end is flush against the wall, you need both 2 longer and 1 shorter segment to block it off completely. I had to buy the 83" version in tall and the 70" version in the shorter size and just hope that she wouldn't be able to knock it down or go over the top of the shorter section. Fortunately, having tied it together to the taller segments on the sides with zip ties and all segments secured with the double-sided carpet tape and the taller segments zip-tied to the legs of the bed, it seems pretty stable and secure. My cat has not yet knocked it down or gotten over the top; in fact, though she was pretty intent on figuring out a way to get through it for the first few hours, it seems like she gave up on that relatively quickly and I haven't really seen her trying again since that first day--so that's a plus. I was afraid if she kept working on it she would figure out a way to break in eventually, but I guess it is sturdy and complete enough that she didn't perceive any weaknesses or gaps and just gave up trying. That said, no idea if this will last forever. I'm guessing that at some point I may need to replace the carpet tape, especially if I end up needing to move it to get to something under the bed (because yeah, I also use under the bed as storage for things I don't need very often so...it's likely that at some point I'm going to need to break in myself). But they do provide plenty of carpet tape, so I have a ton left over--not too worried about that, as long as the rest of it stands up to the test of time. Having tried other "solutions," notably "scat mats" (spiked plastic sheets that are supposed to be uncomfortable and keep cats away from places you don't want them) under the bed that did almost nothing, this is definitely the first solution that has actually kept her out from under the bed for more than a few minutes. Once you buy all 3 sections, it's not that cheap; but as long as it continues to hold up and keep her out, I'll go ahead and call it worth it. ... show more

I loved how easy it was to put together. And, I love the idea of the blockers "sticking" to the bed, but....they really don't stick to the bed. They do for a bit, then, they just don't stay stuck, if that makes any sense. Good product but, there's definitely room for improvement!!!

I like the product it’s definitely going to work, but I am going to have to buy two to go around my queen size bed. The front has drawers, so I am not worried about that side. otherwise it looks like a good product and very sturdy.

I used this for my foster kittens in my guest bedroom so they wouldn’t make a mess underneath the bed, but one pack only covered one long side of my full sized bed frame. I also had to use command strips to adhere them to my bed frame so the gremlins couldn’t squeeze through the top. It definitely does the job, though! Just make sure to buy a few if you’re wanting to cover the entire bed. ... show more

I have a standar queen size bed. It took me so long to get the exact placement of the panels. I don't think that the retailer accounts for Headboards. I used a lot of zip ties and as you can see both sides up by the headboard the panels are not connected because they didn't fit. Maybe they should make a couple of smaller panels or how about making the corners for the end of the bed. That would make these so much easier to install. I am however happy that it will keep my little puppies from running underneath the bed. Taking 1 star away for my troubles. The design needs work but the product is sturdy. ... show more
