I ordered this because my cat chewed through some wires under my expensive adjustable bed and I wanted to stop it from happening again after the repair. It's easy to install and sturdy, but the adhesive leaves a bit to be desired. Of course the cat made it her life's mission to defeat the barrier and regain access to the land of wonders that is under the bed, so I had to reinforce it with stylish white duct tape in every area her little raptor paw could fit. That was just the first night. We'll see what her next move is and how I need to respond. I know this is not over. But if you just need it to stop toys from getting lost under the bed, it's great! Worked as hoped for us. Be sure to take careful measurements. The adhesive provided needs to be cut to size to fit the buttons and has held well. The whole system is fairly stable. A cat should not be able to “power through” the barrier but an aggressive and determined dog might be able push its way through. Very easy to install, and worked as expected to stop my cat from hiding under our bed when it got upset for no reason and ruining the bedding stuff stored beneath our bed. The joint used to connect the mesh could be tighter and the plastic mesh could be thicker, but overall good quality pieces

I have a Corgi puppy, who discovered the wires underneath my adjustable bed base, and chewed them. After two pricey repairs, I found and ordered the under bed blocker. It’s not strong enough to deter a child or pet determined to break through, but it serves as an excellent barrier that has successfully deterred my pets from any further mischief. I purchased two 83'' length one for my kingsize bed to cover the left and right side. Preferably, I would have purchased 78'' but it was not in stock and I needed the solution fast. My cat has been throwing up a lot, occasionally also on the carpet under my bed. This is not easy to clean. So I have been trying out multiple under the bed solutions. One of them worked for the end of my bed, so I did not purchase a 3rd set to cover the end side. Assuming your bed is against a wall next to the headboard, you would need 3 sets to block the entire underbed of a king bed making this option kind of pricy. I used black zipties I already had from my other efforts to attach these to the corner of my bed. In the past it has taken my cat 2 months to figure out the other options I have tried. I will update in 2 months with how this is fairing. My cat is gentle and gives up easily, although a door bell ring may motivate him to bolt through things. I am not completely sold on how it looks and how far from the bed it sticks out. Depending on how the test goes for the first 2 months I may try putting on the inside of the under my bed so that it can look better. For now I am just happy he cannot get under the bed. ... show more
