Great overall radio. This is my second time purchasing this deck. The screen stopped working (white screen) after 4 years on the first one so this is a replacement radio. Plenty of power for my new replacement speakers and surprisingly good sound for a lower priced deck. Bluetooth calling not great due to the small microphone on the front not picking up speech well unless you lean in super close and yell into it and it can be hard to see the screen during daylight hours. Overall I'm pleased with the product. It's good enough that I bought it a second time. I just hope I don't have to keep buying them every few years due to screen failure. ... show more

So far this is nice radio. I sent the first one back because it had no wire harness. So brought second to I get my refund for the first one. This radio have nice sound the picture for dvd is nice and clear .. only thing say bad was the direction not clear on how open the screen. It said hold eject button that didn't work I had hit the up and down arrows to open and close screen. Could use a better eq set up . Still nice radio for the prices and love sound ... show more

    • I receieve a defective unit and Pyle representatives just made it worse
I really like the headunit itself, the screen and backup camera function properly, but I just can't get over the static sound that is present everytime I turn the volume any higher that 'zero'. I noticed the noise before I left the car audio shop where I had the unit and camera installed, so they were able to fix the audio with one of their own parts. The part causing the static noise was a part that came in the Pyle box. Once the audio shop replaced the part the sound static noise dissapeared, indicating that I got a bad unit from Pyle. Also, the remote that came in the box was devoid of a battery, as well as the plastic end piece that holds the battery in. I will need to have a replacement remote sent from Amazon, because Pyle customer service is absolutely horrible. Besides the fact that I received a faulty unit with a bad part and a non-functional remote, I called Pyle customer service and had the worst experience I have every had speaking with a customer service representative. I spoke with the first person, who forwarded me to the warranty department after hearing that my unit is faulty. THE GENTLEMAN THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE AT THE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT WAS HORRIBLE. He told me that I should simply take the unit out and send it back to the seller (Amazon), after I told him I know nothing about cars and just spend $250 to have the headunit and camera installed. He proceeded to tell me that "You should KNOW how to do everything car-related yourself when you buy a car". I reiterated that I paid someone to install the unit because I realize I know NOTHING about cars. He continued, saying "He knows much more about cars than me", which I didn't deny and asked for his supervisor. He replied "They aren't home right now". HOME? Is the customer service and warranty departments at Pyle ran out of a freaking apartment in Brooklyn? The man was very rude, and eventually hung up on me. I called back, demanding to speak with a supervisor or literally anyone else. He refused to take my number down and kept saying "Just call back" as if I'm going to spend days trying to get a hold of someone that is capable with speaking to their customer with respect. Please don't take a chance with this Pyle headunit or any Pyle product for that matter, unless you are prepared to be berated and mocked over the phone for your lack of experience with cars. The unit came with a bad part and a non-functioning remote, and somehow that wasn't even the worst part of my experience with Pyle. Save your money and buy from a reputable manufacturer of headunits, because Pyle obviously doesn't care about how they treat their customers. I tried calling back to file a formal complaint against the gentleman in the warranty department and what do you know? No one will answer the phone. I wish I had listened to the one other negative review, it would have saved me time and a lot of money in labor I will never get back. Edit: I requested a return for the product. The shop that installed the unit offered to remove the Pyle headunit and install one of their headunits free of charge. I will feel more reassured purchasing from a more reputable manufacturer like Pioneer or Kenwood. I won't be making the mistake of doing business with Pyle again and I urge others to do the same, their poorly manufactured products aren't worth the customer service nightmare. ... show more

Great radio. Easy to settup. Touch screen works great. Looks fancy lol. But after only a couple months, the regular face of the radio barely work. When i press on the buttons to skip a song, sometimes it wont work. I have to press it a couple times. And then the screen (little one on the face) cuts out. Sometimes it even randomly resets all my settings. I have triple checked all wiring to it. It was all bought with correct harness adapters. Just the radio face didnt last long. This is by far the best deck that I have got ever! It is soo bada$$ I literally just sit in my car do I can listen to my music through my new Pyle deck!
