It was a product error so I reached out to purple leaf and within one day I had not one but two new stools at my front door and they’ve filled up several times since to ensure we are pleased. Purchased these to go in a pool house/party barn. LOVE them!! They’ve held up so good!! Tons of compliments AND they are so comfortable!! Only thing I did extra was spray fabric protectant on the cushions because we have littles and host a lot of littles. They look great and are quite sturdy! However if you have a booty beware they won’t be very comfortable! They were pretty easy to put together. One of the chairs came damaged. Customer service was great and replaced it promptly.
