  • Impressed with how quickly & well this works!
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
I saw results within just a couple of days. I take a dose in the morning and one every evening and already I’m no longer feeling exhausted constantly. Also, I’ve seen my huge belly start to reduce in size. When I sit down, I notice that I’m getting my lap back. I’ve been taking in conjunction with a liver cleanse, as well, with Milk Thistle, because I take a lot of Tylenol for pain. ... show more

  • Scare
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
I dislike this product intensely. I took one dose, I started getting a headache within 20 minutes. Then my neck and shoulders felt inflamed. Then… my feet swelled to the point I could not see my ankles. I must be allergic to something in it. One dose!!! I threw the bottle away. No returns on this. If you do have real Hypothyroid issues, I noticed it has no iodine in it. I have had no problems with “1 body Thyroid support” it has almost the same ingredients and iodine. ... show more

  • Had my TSH levels checked before, so will have objective results to report.
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
Does this work? The jury is out. My thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were in the low-normal range when I last had them checked. I am due for another blood test in 42 days. Since this bottle contains 30 days worth of pills, I’ll have some firm results soon and will update this review then to let you know whether it did anything to my numbers. I want to provide objective results rather than subjective reports about how I feel, since I fear the placebo effect on my energy levels. So in the mean time, I researched how the ingredients in this is supposed to help, and what impact deficiencies may have on TSH. I’m sorry this is long, but I have a strong science background, so that’s how I roll. Here’s what I found: *Vitamins A and C are antioxidants and may protect the thyroid from free radicals. -Vitamin A: Essential for proper thyroid function and regulating gland size. Deficiency raises thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) to harmful levels and restricts iodine to the thyroid gland. Studies show supplementing vitamin A may improve thyroid function and reduce TSH levels. -Vitamin C: Deficiency can cause an excess of thyroid hormones and adversely affect selenium's metabolism vital to producing glutathione antioxidants that protect thyroid cells. Supplementation can decrease harmful TPO-Ab antibodies in patients with Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis. *Vitamin B12: Deficiency is common in people with an underactive thyroid and can cause muscle weakness, fatigue, memory impairment, and other symptoms. Supplementation May improve hypothyroidism symptoms, with or without B12 deficiencies. *Zinc: Critical for producing thyroid hormones and essential for thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), triiodothyronine (T3), and thyroxine (T4). Deficiency is a common cause of hypothyroidism and can increase the risk of Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis. *Selenium: Vital for converting T4 to T3 and producing the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase (GP). Replenishing its deficiencies improves thyroid metabolism by significantly decreasing harmful gene GPx3, antibodies TPOAb, TGAb, and SePP1, and TSH. *Myo-Inositol (MYO) (Vitamin B8): A messenger of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and essential for producing thyroid hormones. Deficiencies may lead to an underactive thyroid. MYO increases iodine availability and counteracts thyroid dysfunctions. It can work synergistically with selenomethionine, lowering TSH levels and improving thyroid hormone levels in autoimmune Hashimoto's thyroiditis. *L-Tyrosine: Essential for producing the thyroxine (T4) hormone, which the thyroid gland combines with iodine. Supplementation replenishes deficiencies in people with hypothyroid symptoms. *Bladderwrack: A brown seaweed rich in polysaccharides, potassium, iron, and iodine. Polysaccharides enrich gut microflora and health, while iron helps protect against pernicious anemia that is sometimes associated with a hypothyroid. *Iodine, of course, is essential to produce thyroid hormones and for optimal thyroid function. Ashwagandha (root extract) (2.5% withanolides): allegedly lowers cortisol (stress hormone) levels and reduces thyroid dysfunction. Ashwaganda seems to be considered a wonder ingredient lately, but I couldn’t find strong evidence for its inclusion here, to be honest. Aloe- I’m not sure why this is in these pills! If you made it to the end, I hope this was helpful!! ... show more

  • Nice product but not at $50 a month
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
I have enjoyed the benefits I've gotten from this medicine so it does work, but there is just no way I can continue to justify $50 per bottle at 3 bottles. I wish this was priced more reasonably so it is more accessible.

  • Supports the thyroid
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
The thyroid is responsible for many functions in the body and I’ve had issues with mine. I opted to go the natural route to see if I can get mine under control, so I ordered the PureHealth Research Thyroid Harmony. These include many natural ingredients and are easy to swallow. I haven’t taken them long enough to feel a major change, but I do feel that I’m sleeping better and have more energy, so I feel they are working. ... show more

  • Seems to work....
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
But, time will tell, in the end. My wife has some slight hormone imbalance issues, that seem to pop up from time to time. We have talked about it, and she agreed to try to see if natural remedies will help her out, so I got these for her. It has been over a week now, and it seems to be improving. Not totally perfect, with no issues at all, but it seems to be moving more towards getting better. The ingredients are known to help people, but they are not guaranteed to help everyone. So, here is the sit and wait time. As I said, so far, it seems to be helping. If the improvement stops, I will come back and update. ... show more
