Do not buy this printer.i bought this printer a month ago for my wife. It didnt work correctly we tried calling customer support or service multiple times they did not answer. So we tried to figure it out ourself. We could figure it out do we opted to return it. We didn't think anything of it get our money back and be on our way. I got a message from The seller saying they received my return. So I thought awesome. I'll get my refund in a couple of days. They said they inspected it and found that it was contaminated with ink. We explained to them that was the problem we were having. They said they could not accept it with the conditions. Mind you it was already like this when we opened the box. They didn't. Want to give us our full refund. I spent almost 3000 on this printer don't make my mistake. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The shipment came fast. The machine was easy to hook up. When I thought that I was having trouble it was easy to contact them. They contact me right away they wanted to go over and beyond to FaceTime me and talk to me and they help me out so much. two weeks later, I was having issues I contacted them they took full control and help me out so much.
