Amazon is holding inventory that's 2+ years old. After receiving my second bike for my son's Birthday, the second one doesn't work either! Called the manufacturer and they said the battery lifecycle is 2 to 3 years with proper maintenance. Product was manufactured in early 2020.

Overall, it's nice and my kid loves it. It really doesn't go very fast, though. My son's friends zoom right past him on their Razor "motorbikes." I probably should have splurged on a Razor instead. Also, why is the back wheel so tiny? :S

Bike does not drive up the smallest incline . AT ALL Even on a 14 hr. Full charge straight out of the box. This product would be fine around a culdesac if your child is under 50 lbs. but that is it. Dont waste your time purchasing this product.
