I highly recommend ProTuff tools if you're serious about cleaning your pool. They are robust, well built products made by a company that says they will stand behind their products... and then does what they say they will do. How cool is that? I bought a ProTuff brush a year and a half ago. It served us well, but unfortunately a part broke. I started a warranty claim and within 15 minutes, I got email stating that the claim was approved and I should be getting the replacement in a few days. No muss. No fuss. They stand behind their products and their warranty and don't create hoops you need to jump through to complete a claim. So refreshing! I emailed them after starting the claim process that our problem was a small part on the brush and asked that they only send that as the rest of the brussh is fine and I don't want to create unneeded waste. Hope they read that before sending. I gave the durability score 4/5 as the part that needs to be replaced has a small metal clip in it, used to connect the brush to the pole. So we have been very happy with our product brush and fine mesh net; everything works great and the quality seems on point, the plastic doesn’t feel cheap and the materials are all high quality. Well one of the brushes fell and unfortunately cracked straight through. It was a pleasure reaching out and dealing with customer service… it took all of 4 days from warranty claim to receipt of brand new replacement product. Amazing!! I will absolutely do business with them again. Makes the stuff at the pool store look like hot garbage.Guys, make a vacuum head so I can buy that from you! ... show more

Overall, I love the sturdiness of the brush. I’ve used several different pool brushes in the past (all from big box stores), but none even come close to the quality of the ProTuff. I love that it has thoughtful design features that make it easier to change single sections of the brush. The thing I love the most, though, is the company. ProTuff is an honest company that genuinely wants to enrich the lives of its customers through its products. Just as an example, I received an email reminding me to check my pool brush to see if there were any defects; and if there were, to go ahead and submit a claim for it. I mean, what other companies have you ever heard of that actively encourage you to use your warranty, just to ensure you always have the best experience while using their products?! This brush is well made and sturdy. I love the removable side brushes. It makes cleaning the corners of my pool a breeze now. The width is perfect and quite wide which makes for less work. After receiving my ProTuff brush and pole, I fully understand why I paid more for them: super quality and hard working elements, this will not wear out ANYTIME soon, but if it does I'm able to use a lifetime warranty. I will ONLY buy ProTuff pool products from now on! I bought this in October. I love the brush and that the bristles do not come off in my pool. Hung in my shed when not in use. Used 2-3x a week during the winter and 5-6 times a week this spring. Yesterday, I was sweeping the pool & the brush fell off of my pole & stayed on the bottom of the pool. A metal piece inside rusted in half and broke. I'm not mad because they did replace the thing for free, but I do have dirt from recent storms & Superblue sitting on the bottom my pool that will remain unswept until the new brush arrives. Hopefully the vac will get it all. I really thought it would make it a couple years before breaking. ... show more

This is an excellent brush. It fits perfectly on this entity's pool pole but will fit on any pool pole. This brush has curved sides which gets those tough to reach places. The lifetime warranty makes it a no brainer. If you are on the fence with this item, get off of it. This is the brush head for you! ... show more
