  • This vacuum really sucks!
Style: 2pc Wand Tool Kit
Great vacuum in a small package!

  • Power and convenience if you must clean quickly and efficiently.
Style: Telescoping Wand Tool Kit
A big upgrade for our team and we'll buy more units in future- this product met our commercial cleaning needs for real estate (rental cleanout) where many properties must be cleaned to high standard in a limited amount of time. We got the smallest 3 qt backpack size which is more than adequate for our needs, cuts the carry weight, and cleans a whole house without filter change. This is the best small finish vacuum we've tried and the backpack makes it very simple and convenient to lug around and into different properties and up stairs - separate power cord is a great feature and the onboard on/off switch position is a game changer for quick use. This system has surprisingly powerful suction for such a small unit, which enables wide heads for fast cleaning of large hard surface floors. We got the telescoping wand version because we have users of different heights, and we got the Xover head which its very effective lifting fine material and dust from older, hardwood floors and laminate flooring. We purchased a few extra brush nylon bristle brush heads for the wand, but ended up not using them, but they will likely be handy for different surfaces in future. Crevice tool will give upholstered theatre recliners and other hard to reach spots a cleaning like they have never had before. This machine very satisfying and quick to use on stairs, ceiling fans, blinds, grates, and over normally hard to reach upper door and window frames with the hose and the brush tool. We still use a small wet dry vac for any construction debris, nails, tacks, etc., but for final cleanup and large surfaces, this small backpack delivers exactly what we need - and the availability of parts puts this small commercial vacuum way ahead of the dozens of others we've tried before. ... show more

  • Well it worked like a charm for a month...
Style: Telescoping Wand Tool Kit
Ive had Proteam vacuums in the past and had great success. So when I thought of getting one for my small business, I thought it would be easy choice. Came with everything I needed, then a month in... The vacuum now has completely stopped working. It will run for 3 minutes then shut its self off, with no suction. Ive tried to take the parts out and place it back to make sure seals were correct, wash out hose (in the directions) and let it dry, buy new replaceable bags and a different extendable cord. With the 3 minute result of no suction, turning itself off and outside of my amazon return date, I lose out of $460 dollars... I really like there products but now IDK what to think of them. (maybe I should of gotten the few year warranty but i've never had to in the past.) I Sent it back under warranty and its been 7 months with no word. GOOD LUCK ... show more

  • Best suction but..., worst backpack harness design EVER!
Style: Restaurant Tool Kit
Let me preface my review by stating that I've been in business for nearly 30 years and while I have used many vacuums I've found ProTeam to be the absolute best when it comes to suction, overall long-term durability, motor performance, ease of maintenance. I've owned several of the 10Q backpacks, equivalent to the Coachvac, but I eventually switched to exclusively using the Tailvac (of which I have multiple). After nearly 20 years of Tailvac use I decided to try something new and purchased ProTeam's GoFit 3Q backpack and I have to say, I now remember why I initially went with the Tailvac. The GoFit 3 is an exceptional vacuum and is incredibly lightweight. ProTeam has made a lot of notable advancements in their product lines, which are quite apparent if you've been using ProTeam products for as long as I have. That said, this unit's backpack harness is an absolute nightmare, and if your vacuum is going to be used 8 hours a day, 5-7 days a week... DO NOT BUY THIS! The harness was clearly designed by someone who has not or does not use the product on a daily basis or long-term, and, the design leads me to believe that they've likely never gone hiking or even walked with a regular backpack. Simply stated, the harness is designed in such a way that the weight of the vacuum itself shifts. After about 20 minutes of use I began to feel pain in back muscles and then on the sides of my abdomen. At first I thought what I was experiencing was due to user error but after taking the unit off and examining the vacuum harness I noticed that there were 2 (two) independent sections that were able to shift independent of one another. I thought perhaps the screws (2 large screws) were loose but after attempting to tighten them I recognized that they were indeed fully tightened. It was then when I decided to take the upper section of the harness off (with the same screw) and when doing so I found the problem. I found that the upper section of the harness is designed to swing the top of the vacuum back and forth. So I became curious of the lower section, wherein I dismantled that as well and found that the lower section was also designed to swing back and forth, but intentionally with more drastic mobility. My conclusion of my findings is that the two sections of the harness operate independently of one another and cause the load to shift while you are working/ moving your body, and thereby creates stress to your body which not only results in pain over time but also rapidly increases fatigue. Anyone who has used a typical backpack while hiking, for example, knows that you would want the load centered and in line with your spine and evenly distributed between your shoulders. This harness design intentionally shifts the load in conjunction with your mobility (lean left, vacuum tilts left, lean right, vacuum tilts right) and your body then begins to compensate for the movement, all the while you are trying to perform the labor of vacuuming. ProTeam obviously attempted to achieve some sort of system for proper fitment for the user, as evident in the 1, 2, 3, 4 procedural steps when strapping the unit to your back, but most of that would not be necessary if the load wasn't able to shift during use. So while in the field I came up with a quick fix: I simply ran the hose through the carry handle that is located at the top of the harness, and then positioned the carry handle at the cuff (I purchased a 90degree cuff and found that this fix works for both the 90 degree and straight cuffs). The upper harness is able to be moved up and down for fitment; so I then pulled the upper harness as far down as possible so as to tighten the carry handle to where it is taut around the cuff, thus minimizing the ability for the upper harness to shift the load side to side. As for the lower section of the harness, I tightened the belt to its maximum tightness and keep it positioned in the small of my back when putting on the vacuum and leave it there as if it doesn't exist (I don't use it). After making these adjustments I had immediate, positive results in comfort, speed, ease of use, etc. In short, the upper and lower sections of the backpack's harness are grossly over engineered and designed in such a way that the use of this vacuum will hurt you with prolonged use, if not within the first few days of usage. ProTeam needs to offer a supplemental option that has a fixed positioning for the plastic inserts that I've described, which in current form allow for the load to shift. ProTeam, you know exactly what I am talking about. I will update this review with a video showing my findings, shortly. ... show more

  • Great HEPA vacuum
Style: Restaurant Tool Kit
I’ve used the ProTeam 6quart at work for over 6yrs, this 3quart is a great upgrade for me, it’s small, lightweight, the harness is easily adjusted with good padding on back & shoulders. The cord & filter cartridges have a better locking system. Great Value & worth the price.

  • Best vacuum ever!
Style: Telescoping Wand Tool Kit
I’m very pleased with my upgrade as I have had two other versions. These are the best vacuums, I use on daily basis and is perfect! Great for vacuuming pet hairs, dirt and dust ! Would definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed! This 3qt is perfect size not to big and the latch on lid is better versus the other older models this one only has one to undo. Also the Hepa filter compartment latch is better on this one as the older model always came off while working. I love the new telescope wand which makes reaching areas and switching tools easier! ... show more
