I like that this one is plug-in so it has more power, doesn’t need charge and has greater capacity so it maintains suction. This is a good vacuum for the price. This replaced my heavy duty Kirby vacuum that was insanely heavy, so I really love how lightweight this is. The swivel head on it is awesome. And it's easy to clean out the canister. You just detach it with the push of a button, push another button on the canister, the bottom opens up, all the debris falls out. I have a St. Bernard, and while I love him to death, holy crap there is so much hair! And he constantly brings debris in from outside-leaves and twigs and whatever else gets stuck in his hair and paws. It has the TurboEraser pet hair attachment that works really well on furniture to remove hair. The attachment makes it a little loud, but I've had these before and they all are. I haven't had this vacuum long but I have to use it everyday because of my dog. Every. Freaking. Day and it's held up well. I do have 2 issues with this vacuum however. As you can see in the picture, is the cord wrap holder is completely detached on one side and almost completely detached on the other side. It is very flimsy and once it totally comes off, I don't know what I'm going to have to do to try to hold the cord on. The second thing is when you do use that TurboEraser pet attachment, being that the vacuum is so lightweight and the hose is a little bit stiff (which could just be because it's so new), you have to hold on to the vacuum as your vacuuming so it doesn't fall over. Neither of those two things are deal breaker for me. I'll probably just try super gluing the holder on. ... show more

Impressed it’s easy to use and efficient. It picks up dirt well and it’s not loud either so that was a big plus. It works really well, great design all the attachments are easy to use and remove. I thought it was lightweight compared to others. I would recommend this product

I was late becoming a Bissell customer since I only purchased my first one about 7 years ago. I have originally purchased a VERY cheap but descent vacuum with fantastic reviews. It worked well for over 7 years, with the only con being it was VERY loud! It finally stopped working, and instead of replacing belts, or deep cleaning it, it was time for a NEWER upgrade. I had purchased a cordless about 6 years ago, along with the best shampoo, steam mop, I had ever owned. This turned me into a BISSELL customer for life! Incidentally, that cordless is STILL going strong at almost 7 years, and it’s my go to for ALL mess on the floor, the furniture, my bed, my furniture! So, I bought the updated version of the cordless, and it’s even BETTER! Leaving me with this purchase for vacuuming my carpets, wood floors and rugs. I research EVERYTHING! This vacuum is a STAND out at over 70k reviews and a 4.6 rating overall! I reviewed ALL the videos and these helped me decide on this FANTASTIC purchase! I unpacked carefully without instructions in about 5 minutes without issue. It has EVERY tool for attachments and all but the corner attachment stay on board. The electric cord is plenty long to meet all the needs of my 2 BR apartment without having to replug elsewhere. GREAT time saving feature! The suction is VERY powerful! I accidentally underestimated its power and reach, and it grabbed some crochet attached to a ball of yarn……….oops! My mistake! I will NOT underestimate this baby again! I am a kinda clean freak, and believed my floors were very clean!! 😮. By the time I had finished my master bedroom, the bagless container was COMPLETELY full of my Gabriel’s (11 pound Pugzu) hair and more dust than is believable! It has 2 HEPA filters included, and for people with allergies, this vacuum gets an A++. It went straight from my high pile carpet to my wood floors, without a hitch or changing the settings! I completed by doing a deep clean on my living room furniture, to see how much I could get out after emptying the container into the trash with one click of a button! Once again, the bag was half full of doggie hair and dust! So, I am giving this Bissell a 5 star review, which is rare for this clean freak! I bought one of these for a family member and liked it so much I bought one for myself. Packaging good. Assembly was easy. Instruction manual is clear and concise. I have never had a bagless vacuum, but I admit it is pretty handy. Although, damp or sticky things may get a little messy. Stick to dry vacuuming. Well designed cannister and easy to empty and install. It is very quite compared to most vacuums I have had. It has a washable/reusable filter. If I had one minor issue I wish it were a tad lighter. However, some lightness is sacrificed for sturdiness and this thing is built well. For a low price, good quality, bagless vacuum, I highly recommend. Prime delivered this item the next day!
