These are simple and work well as ankle weights. I’m very happy with the extra edge on my workout from these. I wouldn’t recommend there as wrist weights for a small female as they are bulky. I wrap them around my sweatpants and there is no slippage.

I liked these and for the price I couldn't say no. They are a bit bulky and ...not that cute! I'm also not a huge fan of the fact that they're filled with sand, but that's a personal preference. I have a pair of bala 1lb bangle weights and I do prefer those as they take up less space. The bala is way more expensive though. Overall if you're looking for a well priced ankle weight this product works well. The Velcro stays on and you can loosen and tighten it. It's easy to adjust and the good thing is the weight is distributed evenly, which can be tricky with the bala bangles as they are individual weights. ... show more

Does the Job, I figured it out how to put the on after looking at images on Amazon, but would be nice if they had instructions with the packaging. Easy to put on after figuring out how to put them on. Not to comfortable cause the Velcro can irritate the skin, would need to adjust if that happens.

I have found these to be very, very useful while rehabbing my long-term disease that has caused rapid loss of scapula arm handed fingers strength. Rehab to the point of now, I can use these weights on each wrist while walking For distance each morning.
