We have now purchased two of these. It gets us the instant heat we needed in our house. It’s great because it doesn’t get hot to the touch except for just where the flame is. Fits nicely in our house. Heats our open 1500 sq ft area to around 70 on level 2. We put one in our daughters apartment and it heats her 1000 sq ft space nicely. Nice looking and easy to use. It would have been nice to have remote control but the knobs are in the front so really not that hard to get to and adjust. When I received this propane stove, I was a little nervous. I didn't think it would be big enough to heat my whole house. We have a 1700 square foot 2 story home. This has been our only source of heat this winter and it has done fantastic. We had 3 days in a row where it was -10 degrees with the wind chill, and we stayed warm the whole time and it even kept my pipes from freezing. I would highly recommend. ... show more

Don’t purchase this! First unit was shipped with broken logs. Amazon sent a second unit and it was also shipped with broken logs. See photos. Logs were not broken during shipment. Procomm repackaged these broken logs individually and shipped to Amazon. Procom is a crap company. They have a phone number but they do not have a live person answering their phones! Instead they give instructions to contact them on their website. So I did that. I described the broken logs in detail with the model and my address. It took 3 days for them to reply, and the asked for a detailed description of what my problem was. I replied with the same information as the first email. 3 days later and they replied some nonsense to my email. Now, I am jumping through hoops on an endless email chain! My propane company charged me $500 to install this crap! When they went to put the logs in, they informed me that the logs were broken and they couldn’t continue the installation. Not only that! They filled my propane tank with 200 gallons of propane! They told me I can’t use this thing with broken logs! It won’t pass county inspection! This is disgusting! Had to get a permit from the county to install this piece of crap! I will never purchase anything from Procom again! ... show more

    • Wonderful heater
This stove is wonderful. Came wrapped perfectly and delivered quick. It looked brand new and you would never know it was refurbished. We had picked up a similar model (different brand) at a local company that had controls on the bottom that caused us to be on our knees on the floor bent over to light. This model is right on the front behind a little panel which is wonderful! We quickly returned the other one! The heat this thing puts out is awesome! Depending on what number you set it at, once it gets to temp it will shut off then as the room cool it will turn back on. For reference the #2 setting gets my 300sq foot living room 68 degrees before shutting off. We have ours hooked to propane and it uses very little compared to running our furnace. Has already paid for itself! ... show more

The product was delivered in complete disarray. Box broken. All styrofoam broken and piled in box. Item was bent in places and missing screws. Blower that was recommended did not fit therefore could not be connected. This was a mess
