For whatever reason my face begin to break out very badly witg blemish/pimples...before one couls clear another would pop up angry and red...havent used proactive in years..so I bought this to give it a try since nothing else helped. This stuff is great for emergency spots. Be careful if you're going to be in the sun though, use an SPF liberally as this does encourage burning due to ingredients.
