Since the trial packet was free, I thought no loss in trying it, but did not take the product claims very seriously. THIS PRODUCT ACTUALLY WORKS! At first, when I started noticing, I thought I must be seeing what I wanted to see in the mirror! IT DID TAKE SOME TIME, I will say maybe a couple of weeks! I stretched my free packet and it lasted a long time, for myself I used it just under my eyes for dark circles. Plus I mostly used it once a day instead of twice a day, and yet I actually got results! This is a very economical way to purchase this product, which is way I chose this method. I don't ever want to be with out this product again! It's NOT a face lift by any means, but there is a dramatic difference. I certainly wouldn't mind looking into other products to compliment this one, since I thought all of these kinds of products were just over priced hype! The little "bottles" have a lid that once it's opened, you turn it upside down to re-cap the tiny bottle. I started using this product after hearing about the benefits of hyaluronic acid and catching it on sale. I use it about every 2 days and I'm very satisfied with it. I used it once and ran into an acquaintance who kept marveling over my appearance. Later he called his wife and swore that I had something medical done to my face! Lmbo! She called later that same night and gave me the third degree asking what did I have done? This was just hilarious because I'm thinking I must have looked tired and bad before using this product. I consider myself an “ha serum” junkie And I can say, hands down this is the BEST I’ve found at any price point, even luxury products. I personally like to use an entire ampule morning and night on the face neck and decollate, but at amazon’s price point this is doable. I literally cannot find this locally in drug stores, it is all bought out for over double the cost on Amazon. You will see a noticeable difference in hydration and plumpness overnight in one use, results increase and are cumulative in time. I really love this product. I was just really bummed to open it up and see one of the bikes already missing. Maybe it was returned and no one double checked? It was the one hidden under the right side of the packaging. Poor quality control but the product itself is great!
