First of four recent thermostats to work as needed. Installation is somewhat complicated, but does job, especially for 2 stage heat and cool. Since it is 2 stage compatible, inside and outside HVAC items are much quieter during normal operation. Suspect that asking for large temperature changes will move unit to 2nd stage which will be louder ... show more

I ordered the PRO1 T755, what I received was one that looks identical but marked as Partners Choice brand. Is this a rebuild or knockoff? Installed easy, good install instructions.

    • Bad battery access
I bought this thinking it had a battery door on the front but it doesn't. You have to take it off the wall to put batteries in the back then put it back on the wall.
